Greetings Falcon Family!
2 academic quarters down…2 to go! Can you believe how fast the year is going. We are continuing to live the mission. We are starting our school day promptly with motiva-tion at 7:40am. We want our students in class, fed, and ready to dive into instruction as close to 8am as possible. Please make sure your child is here on time.
Parents we need your help with making sure our students are doing their homework and taking the proper steps on being prepared for school the next day. We need you to help us stress the importance of following through with all assignments, not just giving up if they don’t understand. A teacher can’t see what the problem is…if a child doesn’t attempt to complete the work..
We also need you to help enforce communication. Our students must let teachers know when they have questions and or are unsure of something. I also, encourage you as parents to make sure you are communicating with your teachers. Don’t come to the school when its too late…stay on for the ride. Remember, we are in this together!
Reminders
Update your demographic information. When you move and or change your telephone number, please make sure that you notify the school. It is imperative that we have your correct information on file. We are including a contact information form for you to complete and return to you your homeroom teacher on Monday.
Report Cards will be mailed home as well as go home in Thursday Folders. on February 2, 2012. All students must report to school!
Re-Enrollment
Please complete and return your re-enrollment application with the registration fee. This is the opportunity for you to secure your child (s) seat for the 2012-13 school year. All current Frazier Preparatory students have priority seating, however after March 2nd, we will begin seating the new students. Please make sure you adhere to dead-line.
Early Dismissals
We understand that emergencies occur, however whenever possible refrain from early dismissals. We have a lot of information we need to give the students in a small amount of time. It is vital that they are present and prepared.
Sincerely,
LaCael Palmer-Pratt
Chief Administrative Officer – Head of School

On behalf of the Frazier Preparatory Board of Trustees:
We are very pleased and excited about our future. We are so pleased that Ms. Pratt joined our team at Frazier Prep and has been providing outstanding leadership and direction for the future of our children. As you may have noticed, the student environment of activities has grown tremendously since the start of the school year. Our children are on track to make exemplary leaps in the upcoming testing period in March.
The staff has responded well in settling in with new leadership, and is excited about the opportunity to share their input in the learning experience of the students. This along with the fantastic parent involvement has our board working much harder to keep our school in providing cutting edge experiences for our students. You can expect new and exciting technologies to become part of the student environment, as well as new training materials being introduced to our students for exceeding growth potential.
Lastly, as we evaluate new individuals to join our board and team at Frazier Preparatory Academy, we ask that you open your interest to help us grow opportunities for all students. Get involved, know what’s going on at the school and not just with your child and PARTICIPATE.
Thanks for your support at Frazier Prep, we’re glad to have you on our team.
Robert Steele, Founder / Board Chairman
